Earn rewards from your events

By signing up to the Accor All Meeting Planner you can earn rewards from each event. Through the free meeting planning membership, you can earn points for planning your corporate event at Hawkwell House, which can be exchanged for company rewards or redeemed against future events or experiences.

Every two euros spent will grant you one reward point and one status point with no expiry date when it comes to spending them. Status points determine your status level and your associated benefits while reward points can be redeemed for hotel stays, as well as other experiences at Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House and other partners.

Our partnership with Accor allows your business to track your event emissions by using the special emissions calculator for your overnight room footprint, event footprint and direct carbon credits.
